Hardware

  1. The Virtual Authority is not responsible for Damaged Hardware. It is assumed that the computer you received from your vendor is functioning properly. If we find that it is not it is up to you the customer to contact your vendor with any issues.

  2. The Virtual Authority is not responsible for troubleshooting hardware that is not working properly but we will assist for a fee if needed.

  3. This service does not apply to any type of Server this is for Workstations or Personal PC’s only.

  4. For Server Installs Please CONTACT US  for assistance and pricing.

Software

  1. The Virtual Authority is not responsible for providing any product keys unless software was purchased from The Virtual Authority.

  2. The Virtual Authority is not responsible for providing any software installation files. it is expected that the customer will have all the software installation packages.
